- Taxes are not included in the price and are calculated according to the client’s place of residence. Our plans come with a report issued according to the plan chosen (frequency). A $99.00 fee will be added to the initial invoice to perform a preliminary analysis of your WordPress instance (only for recurring plans).
- As long as the Web maintenance plan is active. In the event of cancellation, backups will be retained for 30 days from the date of cancellation.
- The customer must provide the license keys for the paid WordPress themes/extensions.
- The hour bank can be used to make changes to the content of your website, as long as the Web maintenance plan is active. It is available to you for the active year and cannot be carried over from one year to the next. This service is only available if payment is made for the whole year.
